Who is Chandler Rotary?
The Rotary Club of Chandler was chartered in 1934 and has more than 35 men and women representing a
wide cross-section of local businesses and professions. The club is part of Rotary District 5510 comprised of
47 clubs and 1,616 members.
Club Activities include:
- Member Fellowship
- Dinners, parties and holiday activities
- Rotary District 5510 conferences
- Visits to cultural and sporting events
- Worldwide Rotary International Conventions
Member Volunteers:
- Participate in Local Fund Raisers
- Ring the Bell for the Salvation Army
- Participate in World Community Service projects
- Host International Youth Exchange Student
- Host Group Study Exchange Team
Time Commitment
Rotarians are expected to attend the weekly meeting of their club or make up at another Rotary club. A
Rotarian must attend at least 60% of the club’s meetings or make up. Rotarians also donate their time for
special community projects of the club. It is a club goal of Chandler this year to have 100% attendance by all
of its members.
